A light modern style of Chardonnay with the slightest hint of oak that supports the very well balanced flavours of grapefruit, lemon pith and honeydew melon. A lovely creamy texture that will suit well with spring pea and gnocchi or grilled salmon with dill and beurre blanc.
About the Winery
Tom and Rob Lightfoot took over the family business in 2008 bringing in the wonderful winemaker Alastair Butt to produce the wines from their stunning vineyards in Gippsland, Victoria which sits between the Great Dividing Range and Bass Strait.
