Ripe and perfumed on the nose showing plum, sweet cherry, vanillin oak and winter spice on the nose. The palate is juicy and satisfying with excellent weight and soft texture, leading to a gorgeous long and delicious finish.
About the Winery
The Curator Wine Co was established in 2012 and is located on the western side of Barossa Valley, in the sub-region of Marananga. Winemaker and proprietor, Thomas White, is passionate about curating individual wines from each block to show their differences and add complexity. The goal is to make wines that reflect their site through minimal handling and intervention.
