Tasting Notes
Pale yellow hue, lovely lemon rind and floral notes on the nose. A delicate Riesling with a beautiful texture that often isn't seen in this varietal. Citrus and green apple are obvious flavours of this deliciously dry and refreshing wine.
About the Winery
Scott Ireland and Sam Vogel have a simple aim which is to make great wine from great local vineyards hence the name Provenance, together they have found vineyards from all around Victoria that produce some of the best of each varietal, this is the Riesling from a vineyard in Henty in the far south-west of Victoria which has the perfect cool temperatures to produce excellent Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
